MCP2013 Registration FEESPlease note that Earlybird rate will end on 20th May 2013. Thereafter the Full rate will apply. Conference registration: For those who register before 20 June 2013, the rate covers attendance at the Conference, 9th-11th July, including lunches and the Conference dinner on 9th July. For those who register after 20 June 2013, the rate does NOT include lunches or the Conference dinner on 9th July. It does NOT include accommodation.
Short courses (on the 8th July)
Conference banquet for additional guests (on 9th July): £ 35. Delegate should pre-order the main course from the menu options Excursion to Stonehenge and Winchester City (on 12th July): £ 12 per person: the price covers the coach transportation to Stonehenge and Winchester - entrance to Stonehenge is payable locally by the delegate. Cancellation Policy for Conference and Short courses: Cancellation must be in writing and received by 8 June 2013. Cancellations received by 8 June 2013 are subject to the following fee: 30% for cancellations until 20 May 2013, and 50% for cancellations until 8 June 2013. Registrants who do not cancel by the above date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations. If the event is cancelled, the organization is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrant.
