Provided Transportation Guidelines<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/h1>\n

HOTEL MORNING PICK-UPS<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Each morning, June 20 to June 23, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM<\/b><\/i><\/span> \u2013 at each hotel,<\/span> <\/b>there will be two 10-passenger vans picking up guests on a continuous loop. The last pickup will be at 8:00 AM. Please plan accordingly as the conference sessions are scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM and there may be wait time at the registration check-in table.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mission Inn Hotel & Spa Guests \u2013<\/b><\/i><\/span> two vans will be located on the <\/span>Orange Street side of the hotel<\/u><\/i><\/span> (across from the Riverside Public Library and Chinese Pavilion).<\/span><\/p>\n

Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Guests <\/b><\/i><\/span>\u2013 <\/b><\/span>two <\/span>vans will be located near the entrance\/loading zone.<\/span><\/p>\n

UCR Extension Center (Student Housing) Guests \u2013<\/b><\/i><\/span> <\/b>there is no scheduled transportation for morning pick-up. Campus is within walking distance.<\/span><\/p>\n

HOTEL AFTERNOON\/EVENING RETURNS<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Each day at the times listed below<\/b><\/i><\/span> –<\/b><\/span> there will be four 10-passenger vans waiting in the loading zone by UCR\u2019s Flagpole near Parking Lot 1 picking up guests on a continuous loop; two vans will drop off guests at the Mission Inn and the other two will drop off guests at the Courtyard by Marriott.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Once dropped off at the hotels, please proceed to the waiting Charter Buses that will transport you to the Beach Promenade in Newport Coast. One charter bus will be at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa; two charter buses will be at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel (guests staying at the UCR Extension Center will need to board the charter buses located at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel).<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n
